"As a Seasoned agent of 27 years in the Real Estate profession, my needs are quite different than someone entering the profession as a new agent. My main goal is to continue to improve my knowledge and performance to meet my clients needs in this ever changing environment. I have joined ERA Goodfellow Homes as I feel this company best suits my needs. The majority of the agents have been in the business for many years and we share information and knowledge with one another. There is no other office that the phrase"team spirit" describes the office in the true sense of the word as the ERA Goodfellow office. The company has exceptional marketing tools and aids to assist the agent in excelling in todays highly technical market. Last but not least, the broker manager is consistantly encouraging us to get out of out comfort zone and become the agent we can be! His knowledge and expertise are "always there for us". "It`s the little things"he does to make us feel appreciated. In conclusion... I feel fortunate to be in such good company!" |

"While taking the Principles and Practices real estate course I began my search for an office to join. Through the recommendation of a friend who is an agent I met with Scott Cooney the Broker/President of ERA Goodfellow Homes where he shared with me all of the tools that ERA Goodfellow provides its agents. The ERA brand is also very technology oriented. We discussed the culture of the office at ERA Goodfellow, which he described as co-operative and helpful. Scott told me the story of how a large number of experienced agents had joined ERA Goodfellow from another local office. Scott also explained how he gives training sessions on a bi-weekly basis. When I made my final decision to join ERA Goodfellow homes, the cutting edge technology used by ERA as well as Scott s emphasis on training were two very big factors. The deciding factor I would have to say was the way he described the way the agents work together in a very professional and respectful manner. Being new to the business I knew that I would need to lean on my broker as well as agents in my office as I learned the business. I have been very grateful in the decision I made to join ERA Goodfellow Homes. The office has been very supportive and Scott has provided us with many, many educational seminars and presentations. I could not be happier in my choice to join ERA Goodfellow Homes." |

"When the time came for me to consider a change in brokerages, ERA Goodfellow Homes was an easy business decision. My business goals lead me to consider a number of larger brokerage firms across the spectrum of size, ownership structure and the capabilities offered to agents. After assessing the options available to me, ERA Goodfellow Homes was the hands-down winner. I clearly wanted a national organization with strategic development, educational opportunities and, importantly, technology initiatives to help grow my business. However, I also knew that I did not want a corporate structure and the managerial hand-cuffs that come along with that type of brokerage business model. ERA Goodfellow Homes is the ideal combination of national franchise yet broker-owned and managed. Global yet local as the saying goes! From the agent s perspective, if I have a business issue, I speak to and get an answer directly from the Broker/Owner with no politics or middle-management in between. I could cite numerous occasions where this has benefitted my business enormously. Most especially over the past few years when transaction creativity has been the hallmark of getting deals to close!" |

"I became an agent earlier this year. After researching several brokerages, I chose to join ERA Goodfellow Homes. Having transitioned from 30+ years in the corporate world, I wasn t sure at first what this new venture into real estate would bring. However, I soon discovered I made the right choice. First, the company has a longstanding excellent reputation in the community. Second, the majority of the realtors are very experienced, successful professionals and as a newbie agent, this proved invaluable to me. The team has never been too busy to provide advice and guidance on questions and assisting me in putting together my first few transactions. I know I would not have gotten this degree of mentorship at a large office. Everyone truly works as a team and pitches in when needed. We ve also shared a lot of laughs which makes the workplace environment an enjoyable one. I am glad I signed on with ERA Goodfellow Homes!" |
